Terms and Conditions for January 2025 Aesthetics Retreat

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all participants ("you") attending retreats organised by The Good Skin Guru Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By making a payment and attending the retreat, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Payment Policy

1.1 The retreat fee is divided into instalments, with the initial payment considered a first instalment and not a deposit.

1.2 The first instalment signifies your commitment to the retreat and is therefore non-refundable under any circumstances.

1.3 Full payment of the retreat fee must be completed by 03/01/2025. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 If you cancel your participation in the retreat, any payments made will be subject to the following refund terms:

- First instalment: Non-refundable.

- Subsequent instalments: Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion if cancellation occurs more than 2 months prior to the retreat.

2.2 Cancellations made less than one month before the retreat will result in no refund of any payments.

2.3 In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of all payments made. However, we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel or additional accommodation).

3. Transfer of Booking

3.1 If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your booking to another participant, subject to our approval and provided we are notified in writing at least one week before the retreat.

3.2 A transfer fee of £50 may apply.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 All participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the retreat. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe, without refund.

5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

5.1 By attending the retreat, you acknowledge that participation involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical activity, travel, and interaction with other participants.

5.2 You agree to release and hold harmless The Good Skin Guru Ltd from any liability, claim, or expense arising out of your participation in the retreat.

6. Travel Insurance

6.1 Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance. We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellation, and other potential risks.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9.Changes to Activities and Speakers

9.1 The retreat programme, including activities, workshops, and speakers, is planned in advance. However, The Good Skin Guru Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or substitute activities and speakers without prior notice.

9.2 Any changes will be made in good faith to maintain the quality and purpose of the retreat.

10. Acceptance of Terms

10.1 By making the first instalment payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
